Alright, folks, it's time for another monthly exercise challenge. Your goal can be anything you want...whether it's to work out a certain amount of time, a certain number of times, or simply to walk 3 days a week. Come join us. Everybody is welcome whether you're a die-hard exercise queen (or king, LOL) or just starting out. Only I have the permissions to edit posts after 8 hours, so if you will just post your daily workout in a new post everyday I will merge them for you. Please don't quote your earlier posts as it just makes for more work when merging. Thanks!!!
I resolve (*cough*again*cough*) to actually meet my goal this month...2000 minutes. I'm also going to add another goal of 300 crunches using the Perfect Sit-up. I've had it for a while now and still haven't put it to use. Goal: 2000 minutes + 300 crunches using Perfect Sit-up Total so far: 2025 minutes + 300 crunches 1 - Rest Day. 2 - 70 minutes at the gym 3 - 70 minutes at the gym 4 - 60 minutes DanceFit Class + 50 minutes walking 5 - 70 minutes at the gym 6 - Rest Day. 7 - 70 minutes Color Run 5K + 20 minutes walking 8 - 60 minutes exercise ball 9 - Rest Day. 10 - Rest Day. 11 - Rest Day. 12 - 70 minutes at the gym 13 - Rest Day. (Ugh...this has NOT been a good week) 14 - 60 minutes pushing around 100 plus pounds worth of groceries 15 - 80 minutes at the gym 16 - 80 minutes at the gym 17 - 130 minutes on the exercise ball 18 - 60 minutes DanceFit Class 19 - Rest Day. 20 - 80 minutes at the gym 21 - 115 minutes on the exercise ball 22 - 60 crunches using Perfect Situp (yay, finally!!!) + 120 minutes on the exercise ball 23 - Rest Day. 24 - 55 minutes DanceFit Class + 60 crunches using Perfect Situp 25 - 60 crunches using Perfect Situp + 105 minutes on the exercise ball + 60 minutes at the gym 26 - 70 minutes at the gym 27 - 120 minutes on the exercise ball 28 - 20 minutes walking + 60 crunches using Perfect Situp + 80 minutes at the gym 29 - 60 crunches using Perfect Situp (woot woot, goal met!!!) + 80 minutes at the gym 30 - 100 minutes on the exercise ball + 70 minutes at the gym GOAL MET...WOOT WOOT!!! |
