Maybe you are having a yo-yo diet. That means you need a different kinds of exercise. Have you check your meal plan?

Default any ideas?
Hello everyone, I need a few ideas with my problem and i am kinda hoping maybe someone out there can help me.

Okay heres my story. I live in a small town with no gym or anything and i own a restaurant ( that I work at 16hrs/day 6days a week). About 5 months ago I started dieting( with a short term goal) and excercising(mostly all cardio, bike, glider, rower) and ended up loosing almost 30lb wich is great i was feeling excellent. But my problem now is..... I injured my knee about 3 weeks ago and it has become almost completely difficult to walk let alone do my glider or ride my bike. so i have still been using my rower(with one leg), but I do not find it as intense as riding my bike 9 or 10 km each day either to or from work. And my self control at work has gone down hill. Before while i was on my diet it was easy once i got into it, but Its like I have fell off and everything chocolate or baked bipasses my self control and heads right for the mouth. I have tried replacing my cravings with something more healthy or with water.....but i just end up going back to it eventually. Now i have gained almost 10lb back!!!
has anyone any tips or how to avoid my cravings? especially when I am baking them or working around them all day EVERYDAY. Or any cardio workouts that don't envolve useing one knee at all?
any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

You just have to find the right alternative foods. Find some delicious canned pumpkin and soy bean products. Have an oatmeal, non-fat milkshake and ice cream, and also fresh blueberries.
