Hello everyone, I need a few ideas with my problem and i am kinda hoping maybe someone out there can help me.
Okay heres my story. I live in a small town with no gym or anything and i own a restaurant ( that I work at 16hrs/day 6days a week). About 5 months ago I started dieting( with a short term goal) and excercising(mostly all cardio, bike, glider, rower) and ended up loosing almost 30lb wich is great i was feeling excellent. But my problem now is..... I injured my knee about 3 weeks ago and it has become almost completely difficult to walk let alone do my glider or ride my bike. so i have still been using my rower(with one leg), but I do not find it as intense as riding my bike 9 or 10 km each day either to or from work. And my self control at work has gone down hill. Before while i was on my diet it was easy once i got into it, but Its like I have fell off and everything chocolate or baked bipasses my self control and heads right for the mouth. I have tried replacing my cravings with something more healthy or with water.....but i just end up going back to it eventually. Now i have gained almost 10lb back!!! has anyone any tips or how to avoid my cravings? especially when I am baking them or working around them all day EVERYDAY. Or any cardio workouts that don't envolve useing one knee at all? any suggestions are greatly appreciated! Vishant |
