Default Resolutionists....
Well, how ya doing?

It's March already and the gyms are finally thinning out. More and more of the resolutionists are quitting/giving up. (dropping like flies)

THIS was the year YOU said you'd do it! No EXCUSES. You are gonna make em all eat shit this Summer!

Allow yourself a minor setback... Allow yourself a cheat day...
But... GET YOUR ASS BACK IN THAT GYM!

LMFAO My motivation gene came in the form of high blood pressure and a recommendation for gastric bypass, unfortunately. You're at a healthy weight, though, and I'd bet you spend most of your time at work running around. That counts.

Ha yeah ask my GP and I am "overweight" if you check my BMI. My BP has always been "disgustingly normal" as my GP put it. I do need to shed a few lbs tho.

Don't Make me come ova there!!! lols

It's a bitch till it becomes habitual. If you cant stick to a routine then lessen the demands.

If your goal is the gym 4 days a week and you can't seem to do it make it 3 or even 2 to start out.
Doing something that brings you closer to your goals is always better than doing nothing at all..

Besides "given half the chance... what potato wouldn't -----

When you work odd shifts like I do, I cant commit myself to the gym on certain days which upsets me. I always seem to have so much to do on my days off and the gym is not a priority. Plus I am so tired from work that a lot of the time I just crash.
