Well, how ya doing?
It's March already and the gyms are finally thinning out. More and more of the resolutionists are quitting/giving up. (dropping like flies) THIS was the year YOU said you'd do it! No EXCUSES. You are gonna make em all eat shit this Summer! Allow yourself a minor setback... Allow yourself a cheat day... But... When you work odd shifts like I do, I cant commit myself to the gym on certain days which upsets me. I always seem to have so much to do on my days off and the gym is not a priority. Plus I am so tired from work that a lot of the time I just crash.
