I'm running the OUC half marathon in Orlando on Saturday... hope my knee stops clicking before then!

Congratulations!!! Job well done-I know it's hard work. I am amazed with runner's discipline and determination like yours http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...s/thumbsup.gif http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...ilies/clap.gif

That's a goal i might not be able to accomplish post ankle injury. My most miles when i was training for the marathon was a 5 mile run @ Disney back in 2008. I am hoping am gonna be able to get back at it soon. I miss running especially am seeing the joy on your face for such an ACCOMPLISHMENT. Keep it UP http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...milies/nod.gif

Yeah.. I'm pretty much scared to death at the moment at the thought! 13.1 is the farthest I have go so far... and although it has definitely gotten easier, 26.2 just seems like sooooooooo much farther!!!

Congrats on the half marathon

I bought books back in the day and followed them religiously.

If you stick to a set routine you can do it. http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...s/thumbsup.gif
