Default Put myself in a bad situation maybe...
I am a life long dieter/yo-yoer--gain a hundred, lose a hundred.....many of you know the drill! This is the first time I've done low carb dieting and it has clearly worked for me....I am down 46 lbs in 10 weeks and I found it so easy! My question is: I've done VERY low to NO carb eating for this time and feel like I should start adding some to live life like a "normal" person but am very apprehensive to do so and wondering what is a good number of carbs to consume and still be considered "low carb"? Any suggestions would be appreciated. I've just starting reading about low carb today and see that fiber negates some of the carbs-does anyone know of a simple formula for those foods? Thanks in advance!
