I wash my hands quite a lot, even more today. If I'm out and my hands feel dirty though, I use a hand sanitiser.

People are way too worried about germs if you ask me. It's thought that this could be part of the cause of the increases in allergies amongst children. They need to swap germs to build up the strength in their immune systems.

I only wash Liam's hands if they are dirty or before he eats.. I usually don't worry about germs Unless someone is sick around him.


I also get her to wash her hands after using her potty but that's common sense really.

Children need to be exposed to germs to build up their immune system. A little bit of dirt is better than a life in a sterile bubble.
