My story goes...I had it for a year, from about 13-14 years old, it is a type called Dysthymia - long term-ish but not as intense. I gained weight and stuff, wasn't fun.
But as you all know, that weight is gone, and has been since then I lost 11.5kgs, nothing better than feeling good.
Sometimes every now and then though I get small bouts that last for a couple of weeks. Been a long time since the last one.

IMO this phase is really difficult to handle, here one need good enough company or a strong partner who can handle you well.

I wish you would also be having good friend or partner to help you here.

Only one thing I like to say is life is colorful and try to be happy always.

Good luck

it's so odd.. like a heavy veil upon my face
I can actually feel the pressure

Winston Churchill suffered greatly from depression
and even coined it "the black dog"

Speaking of depression..I feel like it physically isn't possible for me to have more than one good day in a row. I was relatively okay yesterday and had a spectacular night and I have felt miserable and shitty all day today. It's kind of reaching this apex right now where I just want to go to bed and spend Spring Break there. It's retarded how hopeless my life can feel only a day after I felt like there were a million opportunities available to me.

Sigh.

I'm severely depressed
trying to pull myself out
but it isn't easy

I have too many family members that don't listen to me
and do stupid things
then expect me to clean up the mess when they fuck up

I can't walk away because I love them

so I will just keep enabling them and depress myself even further...
and maybe I'll do something stupider
and they can all worry about me for a change

Never say never

I felt that way and wish I had done something ages ago.

If you had a broken leg would you ignore it?

Why would you do that with your mental outlook??
