Also running after a toddler, going up and down two flights of stairs about 10 times a day, walks, crunches, eating smaller more frequent meals, sex, handjob, blowjob... gets my biceps strong.
and dont forget massaging....takes a lot of physical strength to do that, hey Thorny?

My companies service manager back when I was a kid was a guy that was probably about 5'6" and weighed 250 pounds.

He was a character. He had a news clip out of the paper about how sex was a good way to lose weight

Ummm... I need to do more exercises for my stomach and arms though...

I walk my dog and I also walk a lot but that's because I dont have a car and I prefer to save money on taxis and busses for the sake of a half hour walk.

Squats, crunches, push ups, weight lifting and belly dancing. Belly dancing can be a lot of fun and can be an awesome fat burning exercise too.

Funny enough, I'm taking up football again, I've been selected as first choice goalkeeper for a five a side team, looking forward to it, I used to be a good goalie when I was young and fit, I went for tryouts as reserve goalie and they were so impressed they picked me as first choice!
