wish i knew dana. i can promise you though that it is just as bad for women if not worse. media would have us believe that we are not "pretty" unless we are over 5'7" and wear a size 2 or 3. all bs i say!

my opinion, its nice to have a strong guy, but six pack abs are not necessary. my man shouldnt be prettier than me lmfao and usually if a guy spends that much time on his body, he surely does not have enough time for me

i never claimed advertising was not superficial.. its fact.. wether you like to admit it or not.. you would not by a waight loss product if it was being demonstrated by an over waight person... its vain and its shallow but its true..

I also disagree. I do like having a partner somewhat in shape and healthy, but that doesn't mean lean and trim.

i know i just saying its sad but its true..i do a lot of advertising for college work and the models have to be perfect and if ther enot perfect we have to suck in the fat bit in photoshop and edit them till they are perfect.. and that fact.. we wont buy somethign untill some one beautiful tells us too

of course it's unhealthy, if you watch it 10 hours a day. I watch it for only half an hour. and sometimes I watch more, but those "more" are educational shows
