I'll do it. I'm going off my BC and think that'll help me lose weight.

I don't have yahoo though....

6M8PJigS 07-19-2009 03:55 AM

Is all good, I am almost never on Yahoo anyway! LOL.

Yay for diet buddies!!!!!! Okay let's start in the morning then? What are you going to do for exercise tomorrow? I am going to take an hour for me and go to the gym. At some point, I will take Soleil (and probably 5-6 others) and go for a long walk.

I'm at my grandmother's, so depending on when I get home, I will head to the gym at the complex office. It's 24 hour. http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...es/biggrin.gif

Or I'll pop a CD in the DVD player, crank it up, clean house and dance like a fool!

TheReallyBest 07-19-2009 04:03 AM

Every little bit counts!! I will be restricting calories and eating a diet of mainly vegetables, with some grains and fruit.

sicheAscems 07-19-2009 04:08 AM

My diet is usually spot on, so I am not worried about it. It's the activity level I need to adjust. I'm sure getting off the Pill is going to make a huge difference. I've been up 15 pounds since I got on it. http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...lies/frown.gif Granted, I've added to that myself, but could never get rid of it. I'm looking to lose 30 pounds or so.

sicheAscems 07-19-2009 04:09 AM

What's that in kg?

KRbGA0Bg 07-19-2009 04:15 AM

Beats me. I better learn if I'm moving outside of America though, huh?

Google says about 13.5

Misiotoagodia 07-19-2009 06:22 AM

Oh okay! And yes, is metric everywhere but the US and two African nations though I forget specifically which two. Sudan and Mozambique maybe? Anyway, yes learn metric. It's better anyway http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...ilies/wink.gif

I'm going to PM you with my starting weight and all that jazz!

viepedorlella 07-19-2009 07:39 AM

Okay diet buddy...I started today!

SATURDAY 17 JULY, 2009

BREAKFAST - half a peach, shared with Soleil
LUNCH - wasn't hungry, skipped
SUPPER - Brazilian salsa (tomatos, onion and cucumber in e.v.olive oil and pepper)
SNACK - Pineapple smoothie (pineapple and soy milk blended with ice)
EXERCISE - took a walk with Soleil and 2 nieces

Grarypealumma 07-19-2009 07:48 AM

Today was bad for me!

Breakfast: Cheese grits, three slices of bacon and two boiled eggs
Lunch: Nothing
Dinner: I forced myself to eat to chicken legs and then managed to polish off the mashed potatoes from KFC
and goodness only knows how many calories I took in from sweet tea.

Gaiaakgyyyg 07-19-2009 09:58 AM

LOL there isn't even one item on that list that I would eat. Sophie, the Pickiest Eater on the Planet!

I am a carnivore. I love my veggies, but I need my animal stuffs too.

Peapeuddedbaw 07-19-2009 10:01 AM

1 kg = 2.2 lbs

PolPitasc 07-19-2009 06:35 PM

Good morning sunshine http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...lies/smile.gif

How are you doing today? Sun is shining here and as soon as Soleil drags her arse out of bed, we are so going to the lake I reckon.

I had a chunk of pineapple this morning when I first got up (about an hour or so ago) and did 75 situps.

Finanziamento 07-20-2009 01:24 AM

Oh Lord!

I had bacon and biscuits with tomato gravy for breakfast and then Krystal's for lunch. We had fries too! I can't remember the last time I had fries! I got very very excited.

I'll definitely be on track from here on out, though.

Clilmence 07-20-2009 01:34 AM

Good luck to you ladies. I could do with losing a few pounds. 75 situps is admirable. My best wishes to you both.http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...s/thumbsup.gif

soineeLom 07-20-2009 02:34 AM

My day has continued well! We went to the lake and I swam with Soleil on my back. About an hour altogether though no idea how far. Haven't exactly eaten anything since the pineapple but I'm really not hungry yet. Am now exhausted from the swimming!

PemiaGefe 07-20-2009 03:10 AM

I doubt I will make dinner. I probably won't get any from anywhere either, because I *desperately* need gas and do not feel like going now. Or first thing before class... boo. Shouldn't have rolled in on fumes earlier.
