Good luck with this. I rarely smoked but understand the difficulty.
If I remember right the weight gain is a result of the metabolism re adjusting for the first 3-6 weeks. After that it gets back to where it started. So what you have to do is either eat 15% less or burn 15% more calories by walking or whatever exercise for a while if you want to not gain weight. But you probably already knew that ![]() |
