Hey Tracy... to answer your question, I don't count carbs every single day so I can't give you hard and fast "this many carbs" answers. It varies, anyway... based on what I'm doing. Like this past weekend, I could eat more (in general) because I was doing more. We went to camp and I walked the dogs morning, afternoon and evening for a total of 12 to 15 miles a day. But... since you want numbers LOL... on the days I DO count I'd guess an average would be 30g. Now mind you, I'm not TRYING to maintain. I want to lose more. Only I keep going on these trips and having to start over. LOL Last May I went back to Atkins weighing 143. On Friday morning I weighed 129.5. Before I went back up to 143 I weighed 118-120. Some day I'd like to get back down there. Based on what I know, I'm guessing my CCLM is going to be around 25-30g IF I DON'T CHANGE THE REST OF MY DIET. I'm sure I could eat more carbs... but I'd have to be willing to eat less fat and less protein to do it. You can't add carbs and not decrease your intake somewhere else and still lose. So that's where I'm at. Puttin' along... like everyone else.

Hi Tracy!
Sorry for not replying right away, I made a sudden spontaneous trip to Maine this past week. It was nice to get away.

As for my carb level, I'm technically still trying to lose because I'd love to see the 120's. I'm eating between 20-25 carbs a day. Though they are induction levels, I don't feel deprived and seem to lose well if I do stick to plan perfectly.

I'm curious to see what my actual maintenance level would be.. I'll let you know when I get there

no problem! hope you enjoyed your trip - Tril says it's freezing (of course, i LOVE freezing, but that's just me... )

will be interesting to hear what you ladies will be eating on maintenance. (anyone else on maintenance want to share??) i'm doing 20-25 (still a lot to lose) and don;t feel deprived at all - i don't want to go up any more or try anything new until i'm at 160. i think my body needs to do some more adjusting before even adding nuts.

thanks!

hey - there's a girl on the atkins site who eats around 90 a day for maintenance...i think she's one of the freaky ones, as i reckon that'd be too high for me. (i'd be happy at 35-40) She's maintained for some time though, and eats quite well from what i've read of her.

anyway, i digress......
