but I am going to post my stuff anyway.
![]() I work from home, so I don't even get any exercise walking into or around the office like I used to. To combat this, I have a trainer come to the house 3 days a week. I do 30 minutes with her (lower body, core, then upper body days) and then I usually walk a couple miles to get some cardio in. At my peak, I weighed 261.2 lbs. That was on 4/24/09. I am 6 ft tall. I weigh in weekly, so here are my last few: 5/1/09 258.4 5/8/09 257.2 5/15/09 256.2 5/22/09 255.6 Not a whole lot of weight lost (about 1 lb a week), but I have dropped inches. I lost 2.5" on my chest (man boobs are shrinking ![]() I lost 2" off of my 'abs'. She swears they are there somewhere.... I lost .5" off my thigh. These measurements were taken on 5/15. I weigh in again tomorrow. The cool part (sorta) is how my clothes fit. They don't. I am falling out of my pants and my shirts are not - shall we say - 'form fitting' any more. ![]() |

you shouldn't lose more than 1 or 2 lbs a week - it would be unhealthy - so you are doing great! I weighed 165 lbs when I got married 16 years ago (I look like a skeleton in our wedding pics), so adding almost another 100 lbs has gotten a bit ridiculous. |
