Sounds not too bad. But the person to ask would be your Dr.!

i don't have a actual Dr. yet, I still go to my pediatrician, but i get seen by the nurse practitioner, which coincidentally has the same first name as I do.

That's an excellent BP!!! Heart rate is just below normal but that's good for a resting heart rate. Some people who exercise really frequently have resting heart rates that are out of this world. When I did my EMT clinicals one of the guys I rode w/ was showing me the difference in his heart rate and normal heart rates...after running out to the truck to get the pulse ox machine and running back in his heart rate had only gone up to 54.

Your systolic at 117 is good but your diastolic at 64 is too low (normal is 80). Pulse at 57 is a little low. (60 to 70) range is ideal. Got to reduce your weight by at least 80lbs

Thats awesome. Your BP and pulse will return to normal as you reduce your weight and shed calories with some exercise.

I went fast walking/jogging yesterday with my fiance and today I am down to 235.0. Now I only need to loose 90lbs more to reach my goal. I'm trying to keep up the work... Thanks to y'all I'm feeling more and more confident each day that I will reach my goal. Thanks!

Thanks... I plan on it. Now I am extremely happy to look in the mirror and use the seamstress measuring tape on myself. I'm currently down 26.75 in. in my entire body. I'm really looking forward to around Christmas time... with all the flats... that's when I should be down to my ideal weight.....

Look at the 'Health & Fitness' section of this forum. Some valuable tips in there.
