Your post is a little bit hard to understand... Sorry, I just like punctuation. Heh.
If your weightloss is stalling then there has to be a reason. Remember that 90% of your weightloss in the first week is water weight. Are you drinking plenty of water? Are you exercising? What is your "normal" type of food? I "plateaued" (for lack of a better word) in my 2nd week, but I had more days off doing exercise that week. If you're not progressing, evaluate what you're eating, and the exercise you're doing. If you have to cut it right down to the bare essentials to figure out what's making the change, then you might have to. You could also get the ketostix, which measure the ketones you excrete in your urine. They will tell you if you're metabolising fat, even if you don't seem to/feel like you've lost any. Also remember to measure yourself. I only lost .3 of a kg one week, but a whole 1.5 cms from my hips. It's all about making yourself feel good - the more ways you can measure what you're losing, the better! Good luck. QJ |

![]() Miha... it's very common to lose the first week and not the second (or 3rd, or 4th). Like Jesh said, the first week is mostly water weight. The second week your body won't have any extra water to release. If you don't have a lot of fat to lose things will slow down even faster. It wasn't the strawberries... or the cream. It's the timing. It's not a stall, either. A stall is when you're doing everything right and you still don't lose... for at least 4 weeks. Yes, 4 weeks. Just keep doing what you're doing... being SURE you get all the water, all the veggies and exercise in. Time to learn patience and perseverance. Weight loss takes time. Tril |

20#? You're almost to the point where you should be working your way up the carb ladder, finding out how many carbs your body can handle. You weight loss should be slowing down. In another 10# or so you'll be working your way into pre-maintenance, and then maintenance. In the whole weight loss thing, you don't have a lot left to lose... it's going to go slow. The last 10 come off in ounces, not pounds.
