I'm going to do Michael Phelps 12,000 calorie diet for one day, see how that goes.
Let's hope you do as much activity as Michael Phelps or that's all going to turn to fat.

OK I hate to admit but last week I gained a little back but this week I am back on track and lost 3.8 pounds. Still a long way to go but I'll get there.

Shitballs!

I guess the bike is paying off. In the previous 3 weeks I had lost 3 lbs. Since I weighed in last Saturday morning to tonights weigh-in I lost 5.4 lbs. I nearly doubled my 3 weeks loss in 5 days. Jesus H Christ in a chicken basket...I'm a happy mofo.

I took the plunge to join my wife with her diet plan, we'll keep each other in line I guess. I'll update this thread every Thursday after I weigh in. My goal is 175. We'll see how it goes.

Anyone else thinking about dieting?
either that or you'll kill each other trying, right?

Your goal is 175, what are you at now?

It's great to see people dieting and really cool getting a play-by-play of how it goes!

You don't look very overweight at all in your picture, though I can't say how the camera makes you look! But from what I can tell you look pretty muscular and the BMI sadly doesn't consider that! I would recommend finding out your body fat percentage and using that as a reference!
