Default Does Anyone Do Yoga?
I just got back from a beach vacation and there was some woman on the beach every morning at 7:00 doing yoga. She was pretty focused. The beach-cleaning tractors drove by and she didn't move her pose. She was also pretty fit-looking.

My co-teacher and I want to do yoga with our kids since they don't have naptime anymore. They need some way of calming down.

Done a form of it once, it was actually really good, almost like having a self induced high.

I have attended yoga classes about 4 or 5 times....you know what the 5 time it was still boring. It's great for making your body limber and flexiable, but borrrrinnngggg as hell.

I prefer Hip Hop classes or Spin.

Spin is great....it works your ass off. It is the best form of aerobics and will burn off the most calories.

If you are in the begininng stages of working out I do not suggest such class. That is straight from the mouth of one of the personal trainers that I had.

I've done yoga before and really enjoy SOME of the stretches. I need to get back into it, actually.
