Default Cough Drops
Are we safe if we get the sugar free ones? They don't seem to list any nutritional information. I used to use the Halls Defense Vitamin C drops, but they do list the nutritional information and they have 4g of carbs each.

The only time I got thrown out of ketosis has been when I took cough drops when I had a bad cold. They're awful when you're on Atkins.

A better substitute would be herbal tea sweetened with Splenda.

I have used the sugar-free cough drops as well. If you have to use them they are a better option then using the regular ones but I agree if you don't have to use them don't.

I used Halls Sugar Free these past 5 days for my bad sore throat. Everything kept going well for me still kept loosing the weight. Not sure if its different with everybody though.
