so Ive lost 28 lbs in the past three weeks!
 
Due to my current marriage situation I have lost about 28 lbs in about three weeks. It is a good thing but I also know it is just not healthy, I am not only loosing weight but I am also loosing muscle mass, which is pretty much the most detrtimental thing about loosing weight.

2 weeks ago I put a weight bench together and with about 100lbs of weight I have been working out, trying to get some mass before i basically thin out too much lol

Anyone know of a good supplement to take? I really just can't eat, Ive gone from 248 to 220 and I am still not in the shape I want to be, I would like to at least use this to get the best positive results available out of it, meaning loose the most weight possible, and get a bit more toned and fit.

sorry but this has nothing to do with health. You CANNOT survive and be healthy on supplements alone...you MUST eat.

well im not saying this is healthy at all, I am trying to figure out what I need to do to turn this into a healthy event...

when my husband and i were dating
we broke up for a month or so and i lost 16 lbs in no time
i was so so so heart broken and upset.
the whole ordeal killed me.
it was a bad situation.
but i remember being a little happy that i had lost the weight. lol

Fuzz, you need to eat hun.
I know you don't 'feel' like it right now, but your intelligence knows other wise.

Personally when I am weight lifting - I eat lean white chicken and white turkey meant (no skin), tuna fish, halibut, and shrimp (all grilled) to really hook me up with low calorie protein.

If you don't feel like cooking ... grab some energy/protein bars and some Ensure. Take a once a day multivitamin as that may help as well with brain function and energy.

But seriously Fuzz ... eat ... please eat even if you don't 'feel' like it ...
You know it is what is best, so just make yourself.

man, you need to eat lol... supplements and eating less will screw up your health, i would know cuz i went from 175 to 157 lol.... but just eat some protein i guess, like eggs, meat, nuts ya know. Also read this

Starvation and restriction of food, calories and/or fat grams sometimes accompanied by self-induced vomiting, laxatives, diuretics and obsessive exercise with any food intake, or without food intake at all.

just eat, even if you dont feel like it man, cuz even though your brain is telling you not to, the body needs it, and with this being said, doing extensive amount of exercise will worsen your health when you refuse to eat

I do take a daily vitamin, I have for some time now, along with that I take chromium pocolinate (sp?), a fish oil pill and my med. From what Ive read loss of hunger is a side effect of the med I was given, and as far as my working out it has been my own prescription for frustration and stress relief.

for that little bit of time when I get into the garage, I let my little girl come out with me and get on her swing, put my 6month old baby in her excersaucer and I get down to the nitty gritty of working out, I am at peace, something that as of recent has been hard to come by for me.

I hate this shit lol
