a quirky question on low carb beers
over here in OZ we have lots of low carb beers... 3.5g per 335ml stubbie and .24g of sugar The question is..after the induction phase what would be the result of having say 2 stubbies 7g carb and having less vegetable carbs that day. does the alcohol in it muck up the system/ketosis or are carbs just carbs an experienced answer would be much appreciated thank you |
