i was woundering if anyone had any good ab exercise advice...... i just started atkins this week, but i started my workout routine two weeks ago and i actually already notice a difference in my tummy, however my love handles are looking just as big (sad) i already do the bike situp move, but was looking for something more.... thanks for any advice ....

Yoga and pilates do wonders at the waistline, both with the tummy "pooch" and love handles. Try Denise Austin's Pilates or MTV yoga at home. Or, if you belong to a gym, try a class. It is really hard at first but it will make your whole body look longer and trimmer. You'll notice results in just a couple of weeks if you do the workouts 3 times a week or so.
