I have, a couple of times. It is an excellent workout, fast too! Word of caution, watch your knees and their positioning, especially during the deep knee bends. I did her workout at 300 lbs, and plan to give it a go again next year, hopefully the jumping jacks won't kill me! LOL

thanks for the reply ! I have a firm goal in my head and when i first started the gym i seriously thought i was going to die...so i guess we will see how bad this kicks my butt haha. My new goal is to reach 120ish lbs by november, by excerising and using my new nutrition knowledge thanks to hcg to get there. Im at 136 lbs today so i think this is achiveable, I want to fit a size 4 pair of jeans and be tonned and hot as hell. 120ish here we come!
