B-12 shot?
 

Today when I picked up my injections the spa really pushed having a vitamin b-12 shot weekly for energy during this program. I paid quite a bit for the hcg and I really didn't want to pay an additional $20.00 a week. Does anyone think it would make a difference to get these weekly shots?

I think B12 is a vitamine that is difficult to overdose, not harmful, and something most people do need - plus, it is a super vitamin that influences loads of body functions.

That said, I just buy the 1ml vials and inject myself every 4 days.... those are less than $1 per injection.

Where do you buy yours from?

Unless you have an actual deficiency, no need for it. It doesn't really help losses.

I am probably no help on the where to buy... Just went into a German pharmacy and bought the vials over the counter.
