I would say no, don't stop the Armour.
I have known other people doing Hcg and they kept taking their thyroid meds during the protocol.
However some people who lost quite a bit of weight ended up having to reduce their thyroid meds slightly after losing the weight, if this happens to you you will realise as you will start getting 'hyper' symptoms (racing heart at rest, persisten diarrhoea, sweating when not doing anything and others are not and so on).

Keep taking thyroid meds. Dr. Simeons was seeing his patients every day so when he stopped their meds, he was still monitoring them. Since you aren't seeing your doctor every day, keep taking them.
