Default 26 pounds down but....
Hey all,

I am R1P2VLCD27 and I lost about 26 pounds or so. I am super happy I made it this far but the problem is it doesn't Look like 26 pounds lost . I look thinner and my clothes feel better but not 26 pounds lost better. Is this normal? It makes me think a lot of my weight loss was water and/or muscle.

Anybody else experience this?

Thank you

I'm not as far as you, so IDK. I do hear thought the "reshaping" mostly happens in Phase 3. Maybe some one more experienced can help you.

During p3 you will start the "reshaping" process. I lost 60 lbs my first round, and was perplexed that I still couldn't get into anything smaller than my 26's! A week later (in P3) I was wearing 22's. A week beyond that, people started making comments about how much weight I lost. Give it time. Stabilize. Enjoy the reshaping!

I know for me my first round I always wore my clothes WAY to tight so even loosing 12 lbs I was still wearing the same size jeans they only fit the RIGHT way instead of me squeezing into them holding onto the fact that I didnt want to realize I had gained weight haha But I soon started fitting into smaller sizes tops first then bottoms! Be proud of yourself! THAT A GREAT LOSS!

First of all, WOW!!! What a spectacular 27 days you've had!!!

I am down 42 pounds as of today, & I still look in the mirror & see the puffy rolls in their old places. Sometimes it takes our heads a while to catch up with reality.

Just keep going, girl! Keep your eye on the PRIZE!

You've had amazing weight loss. Congratulations!

In my first round, I didn't lose size until P3. It was very strange. In other rounds, I lost both pounds & size in P2, but not in the first round. I think you'll shrink when you are stabilizing in P3.

Congrats thats a great weight loss!!
In round 1 I wore the same size the whole round they just went from tight to really loose .. Phase 3 is awesome for reshaping ! Im in R2 now and pants size is down another size and my tops are down a size ! I have one more week of R2P2 and on to P3 I cant wait for reshaping again !! Good luck !

Thank you all for the advice. It seems like the consensus is that most reshaping happens during P3, especially for a first rounder like me. Good thing P3 is so close I can taste it.

As for the weight I want to lose, I lost about half of what I want to lose.

I'm not sure I understand your question. What is a 26 lbs loss supposed to look like? Your body is reshaping which takes time to see.
Once you start exercising, you may see more of a loss. It also takes time for our "mind's eye" to catch up with what we see in the mirror.

You are doing great. Be patient and you will see the results you want.
