hi everyone, ![]() I also found it very hard today (it's the evening in UK now), I have been feeling sick/stuffed all day and forcing myself to eat. I have been eating the 'paleo way' for a while and whilst I was eating lots of protein and fats this really decreases your appetite/hunger and I was used to not eating much. I also think starches/sugars/dairies now make me physically sick ![]() I tried to have a variety of fattening foods today but non paleo as if I eat paleo I can eat even less LOL oh well, only one more day of torture then I will feel better on the low calorie part 2 ![]() |

Paleojojo - absolutely OK that you are feeling stuffed. there is no rule that you HAVE to eat x amount of food, so if you don't want it, don't eat it. HOWEVER, I have found that the better you gorge, the better your round will go. Alot of it is how you gorge too. Don't go on empty things, like lots of sugar, but try loading things down with sour cream, and guacamole, and cheese etc......
