Stevia Users
What is your favorite flavors - and what are the best ways to use these?
I prefer coffee creamer in my coffee, and since that will be a no-no - which Stevia flavors have you found to be delicious in coffee? How about flavored water? Does it work the same? Thanks! |
Love the Stevia.
English Toffee Vanilla Creme Berry Apricot Nectar Valencia Orange Lemon Drop Cinnamon The trick is to only add one drop and taste, you can't reverse if you put to much in. I use mine in tea - iced and hot, coffee, and to put in some recipes. |
I have them all! BUT my favs: I use lemon drop in most cold drinks (cold tea), vanilla creme in hot drinks, particularly teas, and chocolate in hot chocolate (organic high quality cocoa, water, and stevia).

Last round when I wanted something sweet like a soft drink/soda ... I would have a glass of sparkling mineral water with about 7 drops of Vanilla Cream liquid stevia. It tasted just like creaming soda. I loved it. Just don't use too much otherwise it gets bitter.
English Toffee is lovely in a cup of tea or coffee. I find though that if you can go without the stevia and starches for a few days that you lose those cravings. I tried a few drops of stevia the other day and couldn't stomach it {tasted too fake, even though it is a natural product} - I preferred to have an orange haha. Isn't it weird how our body works and changes eh. |
I love Rootbeer Stevia in my sparkling water! Makes me think I'm having a Dr. Pepper! Love it!http://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums...es/biggrin.png
