Default Loading days??
This is my second time trying HCG and I want to do it right this time. I'm saving my loading days for my two days off coming up (August 8th and 9th) and I want to make sure I eat the right foods. Some sites are saying I need to eat lots of fried, fatty, sugar filled foods, and others are saying I need to still avoid sugar and carbs. Which should I eat to get the best start to my diet? And what are some example foods? I'm so excited to start! My freezer is already filled is baggies of pre-measured meat portions

My first round I loaded with a mess of starches and sugars. I ended up feeling sick from it.

My later rounds I have concentrated on adding some healthy fats like nuts, avocado, eggs, fatty cuts of meat, etc. Macadamia nuts, pecans, walnuts are really good for getting in a fair amount of fat in a small package

I agree with Beth. Eat your good fats, cream, cheese, coconut oil, avocado, eggs, bacon, nuts etc but I would also indulge in a few foods or items that you will miss during the VLCP days as well as P3 eg favourite take out etc.

Good luck!

I think if you are currently eating carbs and sugar, it doesn't hurt as much to load with those - you will detox no matter what. Since I switched to paleo, it makes no sense to re-introduce those, so last time I loaded with fats and portein, basically. Which by the way didn't help one bit when it came to keeping the pounds down - I truly hate the weight gain when loading. But it came off almost as quickly as when loading with carbs, so there.
