Default HCG Diet Questions & Help Needed.... = )
I have a couple of questions that I've been unsuccesful at finding the answers to online. Maybe some of you can help me. I'd really appreciate. I want to do my round right! Thank you!

1. Can I use my face moisturizer and liquid foundation since they both state that they're oil free?
2. Can I use my prescribed antifungal foot cream?
3. Is all mineral makeup safe?
4. Is it ok to use mousse and hairspray?

1. Most likely
2. Probably
3. Leaning toward yes ( i use it ... i use everything i usually use.. did not worry about it.. but some ppl react differently)
4. I think so!

LoL. leaning towards "you should be fine overall"

Go a couple days without them if you can, and then try them for a couple days. See if there is a gain. Test it out!

I switched to oil free moisturizer and mineral make up when I started hcg, but I kept my shampoo and hair styling products the same, and I have had great results. I can't speak to the fungal cream but I would be surprised if it had oils in it, just read the ingredients.
Good luck!

1. Yes
2. What are the ingredients?
3. Probably, but some of them contain a huge list of ingredients. Again, what are the ingredients in the one you want to use.
4. Yes. Those go on your hair and won't really soak into your skin or scalp.
