Is oatmeal ,not instant with raisins ok on low carb ?

No my friend it is not. Gluten is the issue. Try an good old bacon, sausage and egg breaky! ( no toast :-0

Um... no and no. No grains, no fruit. At least in the beginning. When you're at your goal wt you can add them back in slowly... carefully... in very limited amounts.

Check the carbs and let me know. Absolutely NO WAY !!!!!!

There are enough carbs there for 2 or 3 days worth. Not to mention the cream and sugar you will put on it as well.................

And another NO! You may add back oatmeal some day, but raisens are almost pure sugar! Berries are much better for you.

I miss my morning bowl of oatmeal but switching to an omelet instead is one of the primary reasons I'm having such good early results. Ditch that oatmeal man!
