Default Advil = Weight Gain?????
Hello. I just started my TOM and cramps are killing me so I took 3 Advil. Does anyone know if this will cause a weight stall or a gain?

No it's fine but you may gain from TOM.

Just as an anecdote, I have mild arthritis in my hands and I take Ibuprofen (Advil) several times a week and it has not been a problem for me. Hope you are feeling better soon.

Actually, Advil does cause alittle water retention in some folks, but TOM causes more generally. If you take it regularly, you won't see the spike in weight because you just always carry it, like weight from carbs. It goes away a couple days later just like TOM weight.

It's all water, it's all temporary....don't suffer, take your Advil....give it a couple of days and the woosh fairy will visit....I promise! .
