Default Cucumbers, Vinegar and Stevia
I am fairly new at this and just have one question. I made a cucumber mix for lunch today (i'm only 1 day on VLCD) I made it with Sliced cucumbers, apple cider vinegar, water and 4 packets of Stevia. My question is: Can I use as much Stevia and vinegar as I want to make these? I appreciate your patience while a newbie learns the ropes. Thanks.

Sounds fine to me (but personally, awfully sweet!) I eat cukes in vinegar all the time. Enjoy!

the apple cider vinegar, yes

The stevia is iffy and depends on what ingredients are actually in it (believe me most of the packets are not primarily stevia). I would be cautious with it.

I know, I have a box of Stevia I purchased that had maltodextrin in it which is a no no and the package actually stated "Stevia in the raw"! I then went to Whole Foods grocery and found the actual 100% Stevia. You are so correct, most of the Stevia you find in the stores and even in some health food stores have maltodextrin in them. A shame to lead people in believing it is pure Stevia.
