Limit to how much Stevia use
 

Does anyone know if there is a limit to how much. PURE Stevia you can use in a day? I'm on P2 and use the Lemon drop Stevia in my water and green tea. Thanks.

I am about to start my 3rd round and have always used pure liquid stevia freely, sometimes several times a day. I've always had great losses, so I don't think it negatively affected my personal weight loss. You may just want to keep an eye on the scale, and if your losses are slow, try cutting it back to see if it makes a difference. Everyone is different so our bodies may react differently.
