I have done both and between the two I personally like the pills better although I've had the same results with both. Only reason I lean towards the pills more is because I felt like I was always starving while I was on the drops but that could also be because it was my first time and I wasn't used to the diet. Just make sure whichever you choose that it's coming from a legit source.

I've done both and the drops didn't work for me then I tried the pellets [from Buckeye Nutritionals] and they worked much better. I eventually went to injections which is much easier for me. I prefer injecting once a day instead of having to remember to take the pellets or drops in the afternoon. For some reason, I always forgot my afternoon dose.
