Default help I have cravings BAD!
wel to start off I have been using drops from cell hamonics I started my journey a couple of weeks ago and lasted a week when I caved in on my twins birthday party cookout (potato salad, cake, Ice cream) so I figured I failed and stopped the drops my TOM was coming in a few days so I thought I would wait until it was over to start again.Well I started on 7/19P2 I am losing a little and trying hard but whenever i see a tv commercial about food or one of my kids asks if I can make them an ice cream cone I want it bad. Its like i'm having a constant battle with my head. I am on 8 drops 2 times a day and am drinking 8 glasses of water. So did I screw up a good thing by stopping the first time? The whole world revolves around food and I dont even want to go out because I will see something I will want to eat. Sorry for rambling!

Have you read the book "Weight Loss Apocalypse"? I just read it yesterday, and I think that it sounds like exactly what you need to read. Much of the book discusses not just why the hcg protocol works, but also why we fail due to social and emotional eating. The $10 cost of the book (Kindle) is well worth the success you should have after facing your emotional reasons for eating.

Have you checked the label of your drops? What does it say? It should say HCG 6x 12x 30x or something like that.... if not, the drops are fake, which would explain your trouble.

Other than that - there are different aspects. One can be plain hunger, which usually happens when the dose is too high. The other is carbs cravings - as long as your body has carbs in the blood stream, it will yell for more carbs. Completely abstaining for a week is key to get a grip on the cravings... and get your body into fat burning mode. As long as you feed the beast, you will have cravings. Then there is emotional eating - usually, it helps to stop what you are doing and look at the reason for the trigger. And really ask yourself if those few seconds of so-called deliciousness are worth the guilt afterwards.

Those cravings go away basically by the second week. Just push through them.

Snap Craezie , that is exactly what I was going to recommend she does.

Robin Woodall (author of Weight Loss Apocalypse) also has a tonne of extremely helpful and interesting videos on Youtube. Just search for either Robin Woodall or Weight Loss Apocalypse. If you can't buy her book at the moment then the videos on youtube are the next best thing as she covers a lot of what is in the book. Even if you get the book I highly recommend you watch the videos. They have changed my life (as well as many of my friends).

I also recommend you drink more water as well as cups of herbal tea and coffee (but stick to your maximum milk allowance 1 tbsp and no sugar). Also if you are eating your starch and artificial sweetener and can go without them for a few days then I would say try it; I find that if I don't eat any Grissini or have sweetener then my cravings disappear after about 4 days. When I eat them, that is when cravings appear.

Are you taking supplements?
I don't know if this will work for you but taking different supplements to help my body, state of mind, and brain functions has helped me tremendously. Along with the correct dose of hcg of course.....i've been telling everyone I know to take supplements and do the hcg diet because its working for me now (I've attempted this diet several times, same hcg dose, NO supplements and I was miserable). I have no craving and very little hunger, i am full of energy and im happy, and its only day 4!!

what are you taking? I was given B12 with my HCG kit

Thanks for all the help I failed AGAIN! I am going back on tomorrow I now realize that even with the craving and hunger I felt better than I do right now I am bloated and full like a big pig.

It might be the drops. When I used drops, the dosage was 10 drops 3x a day. You might not be giving yourself enough drops over the course of a day. This is in addition to whether or not your drops have any "HCG" in them. Research what you have and I also suggest spending some time on YouTube for Robin Woodall's vlogs as well as vlogs from HCG users. I've gotten a lot of recipes and tips from other users that were very helpful.
