Hi everyone. I am new to HCG and read tons of great reviews....I'm so excited to be trying this and have an awesome support group. Any helpful tips and advise will be greatly appreciated!

Here are my stats:
Start Day: July 27, 2012
Starting weight: 173.6lbs
Today's Weight: 170.0lbs
Total weight loss: -3.6 lbs

Question: After I'm done with the first round how long do I have to wait until I start the second round and would I have to load again?
