I'm in p3, on my 3rd round. My two previous rounds involved major blowouts in the toilet at the start of p3. Multiple ones in a day. (felt great and gross at the same time.. like ohh that feels good whats wrong with meee)

This round has been different, I started out with nothing for the first few days p3, and now im having 1 or 2 small poops per day. They seem like healthy ones, but kind of solid compared to even my normal ones before I even heard of hcg.

Is my body just used to the hcg/diet routine? I would love to have a blowout! lol.

*as i re read this post, i'm guessing people are going to think i'm joking... This is not a joke. I just dont know how else to word it. http://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums...ilies/cool.png

Usually the addition of healthy fats at the beginning of p3 results in ....ahem....multiple visits from the poop fairy http://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums...lies/smile.png. It's also possible that since this is your third round, you've been sufficiently cleansed by your prior two rounds, and just don't have as much build up....which is a good thing. Increase your magnesium supplement a bit and you will see more results, and less solid....p2 tends to make us a bit magnesium deficient....and the SAD in general is very deficient in the mineral.
