Appetite Control
 

Does anybody take appetite suppressants? I will admit I am going to be taking HCG with a ashtma medicine thats supposed to help. I am such a big eater. But I have done this before and can do it again.

I would avoid using anything to suppress your appetite. You need to be able to determine if your hcg dose is correct. You don't want to mask any hunger from a possible incorrect hcg dose.

oh no! don't tell me your taking Bronkaid? I have to say that I love that stuff, it curbs appetite a lot http://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums...lies/smile.png however after a few days it makes me really fuzzy headed and moody http://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums...lies/frown.png, feeling like that makes me hungry and somehow my body feels like it needs to EAT to fix its self, so it kinda works against me, very weird.
Any who, not taking anything this time around but my supplements which work wonders for me, and the right dose of HCG is a must when it comes to suppressing appetite.
