Default 40 dose round-do you skip a dose day each week?
I am a newbie waiting for my hcg to arrive. I have been doing lots of research both here and on the net. I plan to do the 40 day dose. I recently read on another site that if you do the 40 day plan you need to skip a day each week of the hcg. I have not seen that here. I thought that you could take the hcg every day for 40 days or 34 lbs. Could someone please clarify. I plan on using rx Hcg subL.

You skip a day a week when you are doing shots. Only shots. it's in Pounds and Inches so make sure you read the real protocol. it's crucial for success.

Thank you grammy. I did read the real protocol but not much help since it talks about injections, not subL. It seems to me that immunity would be an issue of concern for 40 day subL users too. Just wondering what 40 day subL users have done, or if it is even an issue.

For some reason it's different for sublingual. Sublingual doesn't even raise hcg levels in the blood yet it seems to work so it's a little puzzling.

Well, that is interesting grammy. Does the subQ injection raise hcg blood levels? Wasn't the original method IM injections? Do you have a link to the sublingual hcg blood level info? I am beginning to rethink the subL method...may have to drum up some "injection courage".

Yes it raises your blood levels and urine levels. If you take a pregnancy test while on sq injections, it will show faintly positive. If you take a test when on sublingual, it will not show positive.
