I'm not sure I'm understanding the phases correctly. Someone please clarify. I have just started after my loading days and am on day 3 of RX hcg, so am I R1/P2/rxhcg? I had my first lunch today and am trying so hard to not think of getting a snack. I want to be successful so much!
When I read about phase 3, it just seems as though they are well beyond the strict dieting days. I just want to be sure. |
