Am considering a cleanse before my next round - did it before my first round and was more successful than since that one. Anyone do this, and what product do you use?

I thought about a cleanse too. Which did you use before your first round? If it worked then I would stick with the same thing. I am terrified of a cleanse, LOL. All I see is me sitting in the BR for a looong time.

The place I got my patches from sells a cleanse patch. That's pretty easy to use. I also have done the master cleanse (aka lemonade diet) which I like- but you have to buy special syrup etc.. much easier to just use the cleanse patches. IMO but Master Cleanse is a great cleanse as well-

Funny thing Sammy,, the one I did wasn't, uhh, that kind. All I did was take a small cup of stuff for 10 days or so, without any side effects. That was why I wondered if it really did anything. I wish I remembered the name of it.
