Default Can't believe it but I cracked & just cheated, my last day of drops...need advice :(
I'm wondering how terrible it's gonna be tomorrow on the scale. I can't even believe I did it...I just snapped.

The last few days I've been struggling, I'm just so weary of this diet.

Today is my last day on drops - R2P2VLCD30 and I've lost 14.5lbs.

And I just cheated with these healthy pumpkin pancakes I made for my kids:

1/4 cup cottage or ricotta cheese
2 eggs
1/4 cup pumpkin
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 TBS flaxseed
1 packet Truvia

The recipe made about 6 very thin pancakes and I had three.

How bad did I screw myself?

I'm so mad at myself but at the same time I am just DONE with this diet.

Any advice or support would be greatly appreciated.

Well the fats aren't going to be good. Pumpkin isn't allowed on P3 as well. And of course the fat in the full eggs. So you might go up a bit. AT least you have 2 days after this for the scale to drop back down. Hang in there!

Thanks Grammy...
I was thinking of skipping my last dose tonight since my LDW is today's weigh in anyway... 151.0
What do you think? Does it even matter? This last dose tonight doesn't seem like it really matters.

I think that's a great idea. I hate to have the VLCD end at night. So weird!

But you said drops? Are they RX sublingual? If they are homeopathic it's only 48 hours.

i'm actually going to try pumpkin this P3- i looked at a can in the store i was surprised at how few net carbs it had. i think the stuff in the store had more fiber than this, but when i looked it up now there were 49 calories in a cup (mashed), 12 carbs, 3 fiber, and 2 sugars.

fyi- butternut squash has 22 carbs, 0 fiber and 4 sugars- and i've had that on P3 without a problem- the pumpkin is much lower.

Pumpkin is a winter squash. They are high in carbs. One cup of pumpkin is 12 carbs.

So a quarter cup would only be 3 carbs, but good for flavor. I have to try these!
