Default What are some good excercises to help tone the mid-section?
I am a little chubby around the mid-section. I am 5'4" and 14 years old. I wear size medium- mostly large in shirts (size medium-mostly small in t-shirts) and I was wondering if there are any excercises that will help tone the mid-section in about 1-3 months. Something easy though. What about hula-hooping?

There are some videos that show some routines you can do while sitting down. They are some simple stretches that could allow you to move even when in an office. On the other hand, running during afternoons is also a great way to start your work day ain't it?
