Default Is There Anyone Doing the Releana Subl Drops
this was started back in 2009 I'm reviving it because there was some good info there is also another thread as well which i'm looking for...sorry there was a bit of a tiff going on at the end of the thread which is why we started another but still great info till the very end lol...

hi to those who are doing the Releana Hcg protocol Since our plan is a little different than the other protocol I thought I would start a link for us Most Releana come in 28 day bottles but you can stay on the product until you reach your goal which I found appealing....but different than other protocols.... since some foods are a little different and we don't need to do the different phase til the end I was hoping we could support each other... i love the other threads and will continue to learn from them but this may help with the different foods, length of time on the protocol , drops only 2 times a day etc..anyway i hope there will be people out there interested....

I'm on r1p2d7 down 10lbs I need to get a new scale I don't have the oz so will get one this week

Thanks and hope to see some interest in the link

Beth

Thank you!!! I was hoping you would start the thread. Just so you know where I'm at it's R1 P2 D18 and I've lost 12.4lbs total. I started on October 1st and I'm under Dr supervision. I read all the info I could on the HCG then starting looking for a Dr in my area that could help me. I'm in Tampa, Fl and finally found a weight loss clinic that had Releana. I just felt it was better at my age to have a Dr's supervision. I'm 56 and need to lose almost 80 lbs. I'm doing pretty good on the diet, haven't cheated not once, but then I'm not really hungry. I also get an appetite suppressant from the Dr. I think my loss would be greater if I could only drink more water. Thanks again and I hope other Releana users will join us.

Hi,
I am on the Releana as well. Where am I....I just started my second bottle 2 days ago and I am down a total of 18lbs. I feel great, no hunger, fantastic energy and I am wearing clothes I haven't fit in for 5+ years.
The main difference I have noticed on my (our) protocol is that we are permitted to have cauliflower, broccoli, and zucchini. Have either of you been eating those vegetables? I am a little tentative to since others aren't allowed.
I would love to hear more about your protocols as well.
Thanks for starting this thread Beth!

DStiller - the water has helped me tremedously, I notice a huge difference in weight loss when I don't drink enough.

Deb I'm talking about Deb130 she postd something earlier on one of the threads and thanks I think there are a number of Releana user out there that didn't have a place to go but we willl all still check in on the other threads as well

Nyc33 so glad you are joining us the weight release is great!! good work they say the aveage is 20 lbs so your right up there
and by the way Dstiller your release is also fantastic

Yes we can have Califlower brocoli and zucchini I made Califlower a few nights ago I make them like mashed potatoes I measured out 2,5 oz and then made up the 1oz with salad had a nice 3,5 oz steak great meal I'll give you my recipe if you would like I froze the balance in small baggies with the alotted amount for future dinners I don't think I did anything to prevent any loss I think that everyone will have a good day and a bad day releasing lbs maybe only .2 or .4 then a lb here and there it all adds up and thats something
I think this formula is different and they have tested the types of vegeys we can have and know what works I doubt they would be using them since it would be just as easy for them to go with the orginal protocol.

Dstiller maybe you can share what's on your protocol!

and yes water i have probs with that as well but get as much in as I can I'm in Tucson az so we are also hot and dry ....i should be adding aleast 1 more 32 oz to my day

Ladies I think we are all doing really great see you here Monday

Hi everybody. Am glad to hear there are others doing sublingual. I was not told the brand name but assume it is Releana. Have an excellant doctor who I would trust my life with. Have been with her for 15 years. She has never failed me yet. So I fully trust her with my hcg diet. I have come to realise there are many different programs out there and they all seem to have minor differences. Each person reacts a little differently, so can't really compare amount of weight lost. The important thing is that we all are losing, whatever the amount of weight or type of hcg. Whatever suits you is what is important. My sister and I started this diet at the same time. We are doing the exact same thing, eating pretty much the same, using the same makeup, lotions, etc. She is losing 1 lb a day and I am losing 1/2 lb a day. Go figure! I am just happy for her, (really I am a little jealous). I am just happy to be losing. Always have been the slow loser. So 1/2 lb a day is great. What a great feeling to not be hungry and irratable, and losing weight. Biggest challange for me is not eating out, as we were used to doing that 3 or 4 times a week.
Anyone successful at eating out once in a while?

Thanks Beth,
It is helpful to hear that you have been eating those veggies and feel fine. I had each of them 1 or 2 times, but have been a bit afraid. You are right, our protocol is a little different so I should trust in it. On the menu today: morrocan chicken kabobs w/ cauliflower!
Also, thank you for reminding me of the mashing potential of cauliflower...I have done that in the past and it is yummy.
Deb,
I have eaten out exactly 1 time in 32 days :-) I have been so afraid to go off the protocol because it has been working so well. The time I did go out I had a salad with grilled chicken, but felt horrible "grilling" the waiter about every single detail of the chicken. For me it has been a welcome sacrifice to cook my own food at home and know in about 5 weeks time I can go back to eating out. I live in NYC so eating out is very much a part of our life, but me and my very tiny kitchen have been getting along just fine :-)
Oh, I have ordered sushi 2 x. That has been fine, I just get 4-5 pieces of sashimi (from our allowed fish list) then when it gets here I weigh it and I typically eat a salad with a wasabi dressing that I make.
Congrats to everyone on their losses.....what an amazing "product"
I was down another pound this morning....yay!
Have a great day :-)

Well we may be a small group but I'm glad we are here together!

Deb, you sound like you are most likely on Releana are your drops 2x a day and your weight release is great..

I have not eaten out as yet it's only been a week i like the sushi Idea for sure but I worry about what might be on the chicKen or fish...I'm sure there will be a point where I will have to eat out and will make the best choices of fish with out butter or oil just lemon...

Is anyone having the diet drinks like coke etc what do you think about them I did find one made with Stevia very costly also found soda water low sodium and added my own stevia flavoring I'm usually not a soda drinker but I will say that it help me a few times to feel full and satisfied when I was hungry....

today is R1P2D8 11lbs 1 inch waist 1 1/2 inch abs bye bye I'm measuring once a week

I'm going to try making a lettuce burger with Kobe beef my dog loves that I' m on this I always have extra meat left over after weighting my portion that he get to enjoy LOL

will check back later also if you know anyone on Releana invite them to join us Thanks Beth

Good Afternoon!! There's more people here!!! That's great. I only lost .4 this morning but at least it wasn't a gain. My diet allows me to have the broccoli and cauliflower. I have been eating the brocolli on a regular basis. I'd love to have the recipe for the caulifower mashed, I'm ready for something new. My appointments with my Dr are always on Wednesday afternoons. I get a B12 shot and they measure and weigh every visit. My weight loss has slowed in the last couple of days but I'm just staying firm and no cheating. I'm trying to drink more water and I'm having a terrible time of it, but I'm determined to drink more than my usual 2 liters. I'm at 12.8 lbs in 18 days so I'm averaging .67lbs per day now. I just want to stay above the half pound a day average. I have lost lots of inches so far and I did get into a shirt I hadn't been able to wear cause it was too tight on my stomach!! Yah!! You know how everyone else is saying that their hcg loses potency and gets weaker or something so they are going to mix up a new batch....do any of you think that the little bottle of Releana gets weaker toward the end of it or not? I'll check in later tonight.

I do believe I am taking Releana. Take two doses each day, 12 hours apart.
Asked my doctor the other day about potency. She said after mixing it should be potent for 3 months. I asked because I thought I was going to have to take a break midway through a bottle, however that is not going to be necessary. I am also taking B-12 shot once a week, and 7 potassium a day. Is anyone else do that?

Also wanted to say that I also can have zucchini, broccoli, and cauliflower. My doctor also said we can have a pear for a fruit. Not recommending anything to anyone else, just letting people know what I am doing. There seems to be a slight difference in the subliqual and the injections as far as just adding a couple of things. My reason for choosing sublinqual was because you do not have to take any breaks because of immunity. Thus the weight will come off faster. If I can do this nonstop for 2-3 months! Maybe with all your help I can!! Reading this forum has really helped me. Thanks to all of you!

Also asked my Dr why they don't recomment the grissini. She said so many people have allergies to wheat or gluten, (many are not even aware) that they feel it is safer just to eliminate it. My doc is very much a naturepathic doc and looks at everything from a healthy standpoint.

My Dr has me taking Chromium Picolinate, potassium Chloride 10mg, a multivitamin, and Phendimetrazine-35mg-3x a day. But I usually only take the appetite suppressant 1 x daily cause it keeps me up all night, plus just one makes me not hungry at all. I get a Lipotrophic shot that is vit-B6-vit-B12 and 3 amino acids, plus I get an additional amount of B6 and B12 in my injection.
The diet is 500 calories, consisting of 3.5oz of protein 2x daily,(veal, steak, chicken, white fish),3.5 oz of veg 2xday (spinach, chard, chicory, beetgreens, green salad, tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, red radish, cucumbers, asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, and zucchini)and 2 fruits daily (apples, strawberries, orange,1/2 grapefruit). Then I take the Releana drops twice daily.
My Dr suggests that I do some exercise. How does everyone else's system compare?

hello, i went to a clinic for my first round then ordered on my own for the following 2 rounds. my clinic offered either releana or optilean. i took the optilean because it was cheaper. the food list is a little different from original protocol, but my clinic didn't bother to even TELL me about the protocol i had to find out about it myself and all the awesome people on this forum! my first round i lost 21lbs in 23 days, second round lost 15lbs in 23 days and currently i am on day 32 and before i cheated i was down to 208 which would be another 12 lbs.
