The ingredients are as follows, according to one website: Water, Citric Acid, Propylene Glycol, Malic Acid, Contains Less than 2% of Natural Flavor, Sucralose and Acesulfame Potassium (Sweeteners), Potassium Citrate, Red 40, Blue 1, Potassium Sorbate (Preservative).
Dr. Simeons writes the following in P&I: In many countries specially prepared unsweetened and low Calorie foods are freely available, and some of these can be tentatively used. I would say that means it can be tentatively used and you can see how you react to it. I would ask that you again read the ingredients list and ask yourself if you really want to ingest that poison even if it doesn't affect your weight loss. It sounds like cancer waiting to happen to me. |

I didn't use it in R1 but post vacation gain I started R2 this week and I've been using it everyday. My losses are great so far (9lbs in 5 days!) but then again the first week it's easy to get away with it. I really love adding them to carbonated spring water to make yummy soda, but I don't know if it will start affecting me in the next week. Maybe just try it and see. Remember that it may not show up until 2 days after, so keep that in mind when watching for a gain.
