So I just had a lovely steak salad for lunch. Very lean steak on a plain bed of spinach. No other veggies to mix with so goo there. So it was delicious but after a few bites I realized I tasted something other than steak and asked the waiter what was on the steak. It was a rosemary balsamic vinegar. Pretty sure that had sugar! Crap! I've been doing really good. Perfect even.
Anyone else make this mistake? Did you stall? Gain? Is there anything else I can do to counteract what I ate? More water? More green tea? No fruit? Sheesh. It's not like I ate one of the giant muffins in the kitchen, yet I'm panicking like I did! |

I wouldn't worry about it too much. I ate a small amount of processed sugar one time and I still lost. When I first started I would freak out over the idea of eating something off protocol (something fairly insignificant- not like a plate of spaghetti or a bowl of ice cream) but I've found that it really is the rule and not the exception that counts. BTW you're doing awesome. Keep it up.
