Does anyone else find it strange that you can lose 10lbs. (I'm starting week 3 of P2). On any other diet I have been on, if I lost 1O lbs I was down a size in clothes.

I wish I was that lucky, my pants are looser but I have a big belly, that's what I get for a 10 lb lose.

I would not be down a size at 10 pounds on any diet. But hcg is very different and a lot of reshaping goes on later in the protocol. Much of the 1st week's loss is water weight.

I typically go down a size for every 10 pounds I lose. I never lost weight on any other diet, so I'm not sure if there's a difference between hcg and other diets. I'm sure it has to do with how tall you are, too, and where you are losing from. Maybe it's just pulling from other places on you this time. Have you been measuring? I'm sure you've lost inches. I can imagine you'll wake up one day and try on some smaller clothes and they will fit. It's funny how that happens. I swear, sometimes it's overnight! LOL!

There is definitely some shape shifting that happens towards the end of your HCG journey - at least for me their was. As a matter of fact, I'm actually on Round 2 Phase 2 right now and although my weight is not up from Round 1, I have added back on inches (but pretty sure my unclean eating contributed to that!) LOL! But don't worry...it will happen.

Me either! I am almost 6 feet tall, so I would have to lose a lot more than 10 pounds to drop a whole size.

Hang in there, Jearly! Even after P2, the party isn't over!

Same here. I have to lose about 20 lbs to go down a size.

This is about the same for me. I've lost nearly 40lbs in the two rounds I've done since March. I've only gone from being a 18/20 to 14/16.

I'm the same. A lot of weight has to go before the dress sizes drop.

I had a go at the Dukan Diet a couple of years ago (don't judge me! http://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums...ilies/wink.png ) and there was an informal forum that I sometimes posted on. I had dropped 10kgs with no change in dress size, but there were others who claimed to have dropped half that weight and gone down several sizes!

But I've lost 7kgs so far and things feel a little less tight, so I have noticed a bit of a change.
