I'm thinking about ordering some sea weed chips. Are these ok to have? Witch phases if ok can I have this?

Hmmmm no one has a answer yet. Well I have till Friday to find this out. That's when I'm ordering all my stuff for p2.
I'm thinking way ahead this time.

I would say that maybe P3. They certainly aren't on protocol.

I have tried them, and they just make me burp seaweed.

They are fine for phases 3 and 4, assuming they are made of just sea weed. If they have other ingredients, they may not be fine for P3. What do they contain?

They are backed and sessioned with sea salt.
