Weight up with no cheat
Ok, my weight is back up to 198.4, very frustrating. I may not have drank enough water yesterday( didn't) and I didn't eat until dinner. I had the 3.5oz chicken, a few slices of cucumbers and an apple. I do know 198 was a set weight for over a year, how do you get past it?

Is TOM coming? Some fluctuations are normal... but yes, please eat twice a day and drink and sleep enough!

I'm in menopause, I haven't had my period in almost 2 years. The depo shot ruined me early.

Hey, we even had people who are in menopause and got their period again. http://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums...lies/smile.png Truth is, hcg really messes with your hormones, with some weird reactions... but I always figure it ain't bad as such, since being pregnant gets you the same hcg in way higher numbers. An no woman died from being pregnant.

If I get past this my next set weight was 178, I'd love to hit that by August 3rd. Highly doubt it though.

Soooooooooo...I woke up today to a 2.2 loss. I think the scale is playing with my emotions. The only difference I can see is I only ate one apple and I don't think I put baby oil on yesterday. Today I used coconut oil and will only have one fruit, I hope to cut them out by the new week.
